BoxPlus Digital PH needs a SAQ OFFICER (Site Acquisition Officer) to help drive our expansion and identify the best locations for our operations!

Responsibilities:

•  Conduct site mapping and area profiling

•  Perform feasibility and strategic site assessments

•  Lead sourcing efforts for high-potential locations

•  Facilitate site negotiations with PMO or developers

•  Coordinate with property owners and internal teams during acquisition

•  Attend site visits for documentation and compliance

•  Manage all acquisition-related documents and approvals

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with lessors

•  Qualifications:

•  Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented

•  Able to assess situations and act independently

•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•  Highly organized with strong attention to detail

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

•  Willing to do field work
